Winter Wellness Hike & Lunch
Join us for a guided hike on the trails above Bartholomew Estate Winery to start off the New Year with a focus on mind, body, and nature (and wine!). This is a moderate, uphill, two-mile hike with some stunning views, so be sure to wear your hiking boots for this one. Your guide will share some points of interest along the way. Afterwards, join our Co-Trustee’s for a picnic lunch on the Sunset Terrace. We’ll serve lunch along with a selection of estate wine to choose from. Book soon, as limited spaces are available for this Winter Wellness treat!

Wine Blending and Trivia
Become a Winemaker for a day as you taste and learn to blend wines with renowned Bartholomew Winemaker, Kevin Holt. This experience gives you a deep dive into the complexities of wine tasting and wine blending. Test your skills and enjoy creating a white wine blend! Taste, take notes, name your wine blends, and have fun immersing yourself in the science of winemaking. Right after, put your new knowledge to the test with a couple rounds of wine-based trivia also hosted by Kevin Holt! The winner will receive a VERY special prize… Don’t miss out!

Valentines Day - Wine & Chocolate Making Class
Delight in delicate hand crafted chocolates – made by you!
You will be welcomed by a glass of wine and a chocolate fountain of K & M Chocolate, produced by the Thomas Keller Team, to dip and indulge in with chef made biscotti and other delicious bites before settling into your class. Sheana Davis of Epicurean Connection will teach and lead you through the process of making your own unique chocolate truffles with various ingredients to choose from such as dehydrated fruits, whole spice selection, lemon sugar, Rancho Gordo “stardust” chili pepper, Coconut, citrus zest, and much more. Sheana learned how to make these truffles while in Paris in 2024 when she became a certified Fromagier. We will learn how and why chocolate pairs with specific wines, and in the end you will walk away with your own box of 6 custom created chocolate truffles! One glass of wine is included in this class, with the option to purchase more.
